Construction Machinery Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
This Construction Machinery Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Walia ICT Solutions (“Company”) and the customer (“Customer”) who rents construction machinery from the Company through the website ethiomachinery.com (“Website”).
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date the machinery is delivered to the Customer and ends on the date the machinery is returned to the Company.
Rental Fees
The Customer agrees to pay the rental fees as specified on the Website. The rental fees include the rental of the machinery, but do not include any additional fees such as transportation, fuel, or maintenance.
Security Deposit
The Customer agrees to pay a security deposit as specified on the Website. The security deposit will be refunded to the Customer upon return of the machinery in good condition.
Use of Machinery
The Customer agrees to use the machinery only for its intended purpose and in a safe and lawful manner. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the machinery during the rental period.
Maintenance and Repair
The Company will provide regular maintenance and repair services for the machinery during the rental period. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Liability
The Company is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the machinery during the rental period. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all operators of the machinery are properly trained and licensed.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.
By renting construction machinery from Walia ICT Solutions through ethiomachinery.com, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
